The Stand By Me toolkit is addressed to teachers, educators, youth workers, and Human Rights Education activists. You can find here content and methodological proposals, structured into workshops/sessions and concrete tips to be used.
It is the result of a collective work based on the piloting of activities both online and offline in Italy, Poland, Hungary, with the active participation of a large number of students, teachers, educators, researchers and human rights activists. We would like to thank all those who dedicated their time, expertise and enthusiasm to this resource.
The purpose of Stand By Me toolkit is to equip teachers and human rights educators with the knowledge and skills they need to address offline and online gender-based violence, ensure effective prevention and response with their students in classroom, during extra-curricular activities and in the wider school community, and to motivate and inspire them to do so.
